First Visit
Prior to your first office visit we will send you insurance forms (to be completed prior to your arrival) as well as a confirmation letter, confirming your exam appointment. When you arrive for your examination, our Treatment Coordinator will assist you in completing your health history forms. After the forms have been completed, Dr. Holman or Dr. Yang will perform a comprehensive oral examination. If the doctor recommends treatment, we will schedule a second appointment to take diagnostic records. We might even be able to take them the same day as your examination.
If Dr. Holman or Dr. Yang recommends treatment, we will take records, which consist of models of the teeth, intraoral photos, and diagnostic x-rays. After studying these records and assessing which method of treatment is appropriate for you or your child, Dr. Holman or Dr. Yang will meet with you and go over the findings and recommendations for treatment. Financial issues will also be addressed at this time. If you are ready to begin treatment, we will schedule the appointments to get you started on your way to a beautiful, healthy smile.
