We are committed to the pursuit of excellence and optimum oral health in a pleasant and professional environment. We are committed to adhering to the highest of standards, for the best interest of the patient, the staff and the doctor.
Office Hours
We are open from Monday to Friday from 8:20 am to 5 pm. We take our lunch from 1 pm to 2:30 pm to allow our patients the opportunity to see us during their lunch break so that they miss as little school or work as possible.
Appointments
Once your braces are on, we will see you about every six to eight weeks. Most of these appointments can be after school or during hours convenient to work hours. There are some appointments, however, that must be done at certain times, due to the length of the procedure. Since most of the appointments during treatment are of the shorter variety, only a few appointments will need to be during school hours.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24-hours notice a fee will be charged (except for illness). We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, so for those times and for those “I can’t believe I forgot my orthodontic appointment” days, we will send you three (3) coupons to be used for “payment” of those charges. Please remember that missed appointments can prolong treatment.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, it is important that you contact your insurance company or human resources department so that you know whether or not you have orthodontic insurance, and the lifetime maximum your policy will pay. As a service to you, we will submit all claims to your insurance company, but we do look to you for payment of all fees.
